I have two Win2K Pro machines that will scan for updates and seem to install them correctly but WU does not ask to reboot the machine. If I rescan, all of the updates that we're supposedly just installed show up in the list of available updates

Any ideas?

Well, don't do what Bad Head said below (to download it directly and then install it). That doesn't work either.
