You might find the use of proper punctuation will make your posts more
understandable.

My French is much better than his English. I have spoken French since I was
a child. But I also use punctuation when I'm writing in French.

Hi,

Do you mean you have to hit that to get a logon box or that you have to use
it to kill a task before it will finish loading?

For the former, you've enabled a secure logon. As you're using Vista Home,
you'll need to edit the registry to fix it.

For the latter, knowing what process you're having to kill would go a long
way towards finding a solution.

Please post back with additional information.

Yes I have to hit those keys, then I hit cancel on next screen. Then the
system finishes booting and I can open any program.Even letting it sit in
boot process for 30 min.will open any programs in the task bar.I can open
programs thru desktop icons but can not do anything in it after it opens.
