any time i click a link to go to the windows or microsoft update web sites,
internet explorer just hangs like it is trying to load the site, but never
goes anywhere. internet explorer is then locked up and will not close without
going into task manager. also, if you go into secirity center and click the
automatic updates selection it locks that screen up and it will not go away
unless you restart, but the computer will not restart unless you hold down
the power button and this happens every time you try to shut down or restart.
