Always reply to your original thread ("windows update error 80244019"),
please.

PS: Posting in all caps is considered SHOUTING and rude here.

Your subject line is correct.

Your posting a new post with no direct (or indirect other than possibly your
posting name) connection to your original posting *and* choosing to post in
all uppercase lettering (notice that most widely published media types do
not do this throughout - as it is difficult to read and usually represents
'shouting'...) is "not helping".

I cannot tell you 'any other suggestions' - as I do not know what
suggestions you have followed.

I have no idea what 'registry keys' you are referring to.

In fact - I know nothing about your situation, operating system, etc...

I can do a search - use my free time to locate which post out of the
millions is yours...
http://groups.google.com/group/micro...8880a06c8347a5

Now - having seen that and the 3 others that have responded, I can guess you
are not referring to this Microsoft Article (that was suggested to you):
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896226
As it does not mention (directly) any Registry Keys what-so-ever...

Which would lead me to further deduce that you are likely running Windows
Vista and not WIndows XP... Because this article (also suggested to you)
does contain reference to Registry Keys:
http://www.windowsreference.com/wind...windows-vista/

So - here we stand...

Can you verify (by replying to this conversation (Reply to Group) that you
indeed have Windows Vista?
Can you verify that the last link I sent (above) is what you are referring
to?
Did you read the comments as well as the article?

What about the last question? Did you read all the comments in the article?
