will not install 3 updates

I have done the delete temp update files and renamed to software Distribution
SDTemp I still get errors.
code 8007002 for KB945615 and KB933729 important updates
and
code 800B0100 for KB90586 Recomended update.
I have saved the important updates to my desktop and tried to stand alone
install they both fail with the same error code.

And when I try to upgrade Trendmicro Internet Security 2007 to 2008 the
install stops because a stand alone install from window update fails. I
uninstalled antivirus software and tried to install the updates, they still
fail.

How do I fix vista so it will install the updates?
I can not figure out how to repair vista. The upgrade disk wil not do it. I
have not tried to uninstall the vista upgrade.
Note: I have 2 Identical computers and this is the only one with this
problem. They are both window xp home upgraded to vista. I bought the xp
software with a coupon to upgrade to vista. December before the vista launch.
