Not Receiving Attachement

I cannot receive attachment from only one person, if someone else sends me
attachement I receive it, except that one person. Any suggestions as how to
fix this?

Ask the person to try another mail service - e.g. Hotmail.

What is the extension of the attachment they are sending?
How large is the attachment they are sending?

Did you check the website for your email provider to see
if it is there?
