Not Receiving Offline Messages

Someone said he had sent me loads of offline messages last night but I have
yet to receive them. Can they get lost?

It has been known to happen, however the reliability of offline messages lately has been
rather good -- at least for myself and not hearing any complaints.

Your best bet would just have him send them to you now

I'm having the same problem, for months now my friends send me offline
messages and I NEVER get them. I find it ridiculous. At one point it was
working it no longer is now.
