not staying in sleep mode

My computer does not stay in sleep mode. It will turn back on after 2-3
minutes. This drives me nutz!!! Any help? I've installed all updates and have
had no problems that I can tell. The computer is failry new with all
antivirus software installed. ARGH!

unplug the network cable then suspend it. If it stays there, then make sure
that yuor network card isn't set to wake it up, either in the biod, or in
windows.
