Not Sure If Should USE a Cluster or Network Load Balancing

My company just got a new SAN that has two Windows 2003 Storage Edition NAS
heads. I want to use DFS so users can connect to one name space. I also want
to provide fault tolerance and increased performance for the NAS heads should
I cluster these two servers or use network load balance. Please help.. If you
could example which is the better choice it would be very helpful
