Will not up-date, repeating last KB956572

Having trouble updating. Keeps trying to update KB956572 when updated last
week shows a green status. Now shows a red status everytime I try and
up-date. With a Error Code: 0x800F0102 I'm using Windows XP Version 5.1
Service Pack 3
