will not update, please help !!!!!!!!!!

for 3 days ive been trying to install updates, everytime i do i grt error
message 646 and 643, i have followed EVERYdirection for cleaning the
framework programmes, i do not have on my system now but the updates still
give me the eroor message please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please check the update (size) ........ it is 0 mb . ZERO Time is also 0 ..
Someone from zimbabwi working for Microsoft came with this so advanced update
the funny part is Microsoft support didn't take a menute to check it out,
just filling our mail box by there Computer generated stupid answers.

That's perfectly normal. It just means that the update has already been
downloaded to your computer.
