DLLC:\windows\system32\MSIMG32.dll is what I recieve on screen. I cannot
access my internet options or change mywallpaper without seeing this and also
reading that I have a newer version of windows. I tried to fix the problem by
inserting the windows disc, but recieve a response that I have a newer
version. I dont remember installing a newer version. any help would be
appreciated.
