Not Working From Vista RTM

We just moved into a new office and we have our firewall all configured and
everything was working great. Then all of a sudden Windows Live Messenger
stopped working on the Vista computers in the office. It works fine from
Windows XP Pro, so I don't think this is a firewall problem (SonicWALL 3060
enhanced OS), but I am open to any suggestions. When I go into the Options
and then the Connection options and select Advanced and click the Test
button on the TCP it says everything is working fine and that I can connect;
however on the connections tab itself under Connection status it shows a
problem.

I am attaching a log file from the connection attempt to see if anyone has
any ideas. This is Vista Ultimate RTM.

Thanks,

Eric Renken

Hi Eric,

Uninstall Windows Live Messenger. Reboot the computer and then reinstall
Windows Live Messenger and see what happens.
