Nothing working-Error code 0x80070002 on Vista

I'm unable to access the Windows Update website. I receive the 80070002
error code & this message: The website has encountered a problem and cannot
display the page you are trying to view.
I have Windows Vista Home Premium edition. I've tried almost everything
to fix
this problem & nothing seems to be working. If anybody has any answers please
let me know!
