Notification e-mails: Too frequent (and too large)

WSUS V3. sp1

One windows 2003 server with 5 downstream servers

"Send e-mal notification when new updates are synchronised" option is
set on main server only and we get 2-3 e-mails every day and these e-
mails are 3mb each (they list a lot of drivers).

The e-mails are ususally exactly the same each day (i.e. not showing
just new downloads since last synch)

Is there a way of either reducing the number or size of these e-mails?
