Hi Scott, Did you perhaps tell media player to "search for media files" on
your computer?. Gotta remember, these things are machines, and they are
dumb. They will do exactly what you tell them to do, even if that means
looking in directories that you didn't realize that they were going to look.
Take heart though..... all is not lost. Windows simply copied the LOCATIONS
of those files to what can be called a "library" which tells media player
where the sound(s) are located. Deleting these entries in the library (and
anyone out there correct me if I am in error) will not delete the sound file
from the machine, only from the media player library. Anybody out there want
to confirm?
