"Notify me of replys" isn't working

For several months I don't get a reply back eventhough I check the box. I
checked my reply address in the profile and it is correct. Anyone elso having
this problem?

There have been reported issues with the notifications, and I know Microsoft
is aware of the problem, though no resolution last I heard. Most of us here
use NNTP software, such as Outlook Express or Windows Mail, to read the
newsgroups so we don't ever see those check boxes.

Well I'm taking your advice. i just set up this newsgroup in outlook
express. I am now trying to figure out the details

I tried setting this up in outlook express, but I can't get my reply to post
.. I also tried a new post and it would not work either. I tried setting up my
..net userneame/password but it won't work

I stand corrected. It did post. It just took about 35 minutes ti do it.
