NT Service Pack and Windows Update Sp2

A friend of mine is having a problem installing the update of sp2.
It got to a part and said it could not create folder in:
c:\windows\ntservicepackunistall\reg000135
And she had the options to skip file, or abort
I looked up on Micrsoft where it talks of this part but it said there would
be a 'browse"
to create the folder yourself
But my friend did not see the browse
How does she get this folder?
Thanks in advance for any quick replies.
