Hi,
Does it happen when you access safe mode? I'm betting it doesn't.
What you likely have is malware that is affecting the kernel file ntdll.dll.
You're going to need to isolate and remove it. Full malware scans with
updated antivirus and antispyware applications in Safe mode is a good first
step. Tools like autoruns, malwarebytes, and hijackthis can be used to
isolate and remove undesirable entries.
