ntdll.dll!Rt|ntdll.dll!RtlAllocateHeap+0x18c

Guys, i don´t know where ask this!! Nobody know how to fix this error.

The explorer.exe kill all my resources. If i kill explorer.exe fix it,
but the problem come again and again.

Here the process explorer:

Here we can see that the problem is ntdll.dll
I deleted it, i fix it, i replace it... no fix. The pc don´t have
spy, the registry is ok, i restore windows and no virus.

What else can i do?? Please, help me guys!!! I don´t want to format!! :

Windows version? How is this related to Windows Update functionality?

Is not related. I read about a similar problem but in svchost.exe and
i try it. But didn´t fix it.
The windows is XP pro, sp2 with all updates.
The pc: Athlon 64, 4200 am2. 1gyga ram, video 7100gs msi (nvidia).
It crash without reason, when it wants.
