number lock appears on screen

I dont know what i have done but now when i press the number lock and caps
lock keys a message appears on screen in big green letters telling me so..
this is most anoying while playing games as i have to use these keys..

please help me disable it..and explain how i manages to turn it on in the
first place..

You have turned on "Toggle Keys", probably by holding down the numlock for 5
seconds. See the "Ease Of Access Center" on start.
