Hello Johan,

Seems your sister took a graphics card driver update from windows update,
you should never take driver updates from Windows update, so make automatic
updates download only and not install, when installing choose custom install
and skip any driver updates.

For a driver update you can go to
http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp

Boot in safe mode and choose system restore, go back to a date before the
problem occured.

Let us know if this solved your problem?

Best regards,
Michel Denie
