Given where you are posting, one would assume you are attempting to download
the update for software/drivers for a piece of hardware from someplace other
than the manufacturer of said hardware's web site. (You are getting
non-Microsoft drivers from Microsoft.)
Don't.
If Microsoft did not create the hardware - don't get the drivers from them.
Go to the hardware manufacturer's web page and download the latest versions
there.
