Nvidia GE Force 6200 Turbo Cache (TM)

Last August I got an update from Microsoft Window Vista of the Nvidia GE
Force 6200 Turbo Cache, and now it came again telling me of another update
that seems to have the same name.
Is this a new Nvidia update?
What it is about?
Do you all recommend it?

What sort of 'update' - driver???? Security/critical?
What name?
Have you contacted Nvidia about this?
Personally I would not download anything from MS that has any connection
with any piece of hardware on my computer - in partic a driver download.

Hi Octavio,

As has been pointed out by several people (myself included) in various
newsgroups, you should only obtain drivers for your hardware devices directly
from the manufacturers website, in this case Nvidia.

'Optional' as in optional as to whether anybody solves your problem :-)

Hi there,

Optional yes, but not an option for your Nvidia Graphics card unless you
likeproblems, so you should skip this option unless it is a driver for MS
based hardware.
