Nvidia Gforce4 T1 4200 video card update

Have attempted to download an install this update twice from Microsoft and
failed. I have a GForce4 T1 4200 card installed with the latest drivers
v61.77 which did not get digitially signed when installed. I thought this
update from Microsoft may fix my problem but it failed to install. Is there
anyone that can help. I am computer literate and could understand to some
extent any info supplied but am a bit lost when it comes to the more complex
internals of a PC. I have no understanding of why or how I can get the
drivers digitially signed. Fortunately these things usually get done
automatically.
The error code I got the last time was 80246002 if that is of any use.

Don't download drivers from Windows Update...if you want updated drivers,
always go to the source: the hardware manufacturer's website. Install in
device manager.
