Oct 20 Update - Re: Zone alarm

Same trouble as everyone else here trying to get WLM to work. I don't even
use zone alarm...so that can't be the only trouble going on.

i've repaired, uninstalled, reinstalled...rebooted...checked and checked
again...
Please just fix it!

Could you describe exactly what's happening and any error code you're seeing?

If the Messenger buddy's are just spinning, shut down Messenger entirely by right-clicking on
its icon in the notification area and choosing Exit, then download and run this .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/dow...lmpolicies.reg

Then try signing in again.
