October 12 Secutiry updates slowing my boot time

HAs anyone noticed that after installing the several security updates on Oct.
12 or the maybe it was the 16th, cant remember which............but these
updates have caused my computer to boot like 30 seconds slower. Has anyone
else experienced this problem? or know how to fix it? Thanks

This happened once before like 3 months ago, but a later update fixed the
issue.
