Greets,
Recently I installed a new vidcard and ran into some IRQ problems at
first. After getting that all sorted out I found that when I double
click a picture file (jpg,bmp,gif) in windows explorer or try to
launch one of those files from my usenet browser, the associated
application opens but then I get a message that windows either can't
find or can't open the said file. But if the associated program is
already open before I try to launch/open the file there is no problem.
Any ideas on what I screwed up?
