I try to open an attachment and I go to open it and not save it I get a
message stating "The manager software installer failed to install the program
associated with this file." Please contact your system administrator. I have
just got the computer and ran windows update. I have tryed what I have read
about in other messages going to tools and security setting etc. But nothing.
I can open them if I save them go through it that way but its a pain. Isd
this the only way to gpo about it now. Thanks,melinda
