Office 2000 SP1(a)

I am running windows XP Home.
Every time I run the the Office SP1(a) upgrade I get the following message

Error 1335 Cannot copy the file PCW_CAB_SR1 The file may be corrupt

There does not seem to be anything in the Microsoft Knowledge base dealing
with this error when performing this specific upgrade
Can anyone advise me as to why this may be ocurring and of a possible
solution ?

Have you tried taking the message at face value? Maybe you are trying to
install a corrupt SP1(a).

Empty your Temporary Internet Files, and try downloading SP1(a) again.
Disable anti-virus while you are actually doing the installation, then
re-enable it.
