Log in to Windows as Administrator, start an Office program, accept the
EULA, close the Office program, log out of Windows as Administrator, and
log back in to Windows using your normal user profile.
If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see

End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program".
Cool; I went into the Office directory, right clicked on the word exe file,
loaded up as administrator, clicked accept, closed, then loaded it again as
normal user - all works nicely - thank you for the help :-) I'll add that to
my blog post :-)
