Thanks, but I have tried the Office 2003 repair process twice on each of two
computers with the same SP2 installation failure, with no success on either
computer. I think the MS support person I called said that they would mail
me a CD with SP2 (I'm not sure because the support person's English was poor,
compounded by the poor line quality I usually experience when calling MS
about anything.) I never received the CD.
