Office 2003 Service Pack2 Update..

Hi! I have tried 5 times to load/update my Office 2003 suite. Each time it
comes up failed. I have disable norton's anti-virus and firewall, I have
allowed pop-ups and closed all my Office programs and all others for that
matter as well.

Initialization completes, the install begins and everything seems to go fine
for about 3 mintues with the green line progressing! Then, the green line
goes to the end of the line and verbiage comes up that it "failed"

what am I doing wrong??

Download Service Pack 2:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
Reboot the computer.
Disable all unnecessary programs such as anti virus, download accelerators,
spyware killers etc.
Double click the download.
Follow prompts to install.
Reboot.

Otherwise further problems should be directed to the Office Update
