Office 2003 SP2 update error 1603

I'm trying to update Office 2003 SP2 but I keep getting the "Cannot apply
this update" error. When I look into OHotif(00011)_Msilog file here's one of
the erros I'm getting:

MSI (s) (08:F8) [11:15:33:531]: Product: Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003 -
Update 'Office 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2): MAINSP2op' could not be installed.
Error code 1603.

I have no idea what Error code 1603 is?

Good question, but WHAT IS ERROR CODE 1603, AND HOW WILL
I CORRECT the problem or download MSN voice.

Please put your question into proper context. 1603 will mean different
things according to context. What exaclty were you trying to do, and with
what. What version of Windows, what update number being attempted.
