Office 2003 start problem

I can't start the excel/word 2003 from the start menu pane.

need more info as to the Operating System version and Office 2003 version and any error numbers

You may want to try going to Add/Remove programs and run a repair on the
install... Probably be the first thing to try... Then deepen things if
that has no effect.

I can run the Excel, World, Acces 2003 etc. programs from the start/"all
programs", also from the explorer, however
I can not start them from Start menu (recent programs) pane (not from the
all programs), neither from the Start/"Start Search".
