Office 2003 Updates - unable to install

I am using Microsoft Update. I can install all Windows Updates fine and I
was able to update Office 2003 beyond SP1. When I get to the last round of
updates:

Security Update for PowerPoint 2003 (KB923091)
Security Update for Office 2003 (KB924424)
Security Update for Excel 2003 (KB923088)
Security Update for Office 2003 (KB923272)
Security Update for Word 2003 (KB923094)
Update for Office 2003 (KB923097)
Update for Outlook Junk Email Filter 2003 (KB923095)

They all fail at install.

I have:

Cleared my temp internet files and cookies. I have cleared my temp files
from %temp% and I have defragged my hard drive. I still cannot get these to
install successfully. Any suggestions?

Note, if Windows Live Safety Center Registry Clean-up has been used, then you need to
restore the registry keys that were deleted in the clean-up.

Use control panel "Folder Options", tab "View", to enable "Show hidden files and
folders"
Close all Internet Explorer windows.
Use Windows Explorer to navigate to folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Windows Live Safety Center\BackUp\
and double-click the .reg file previously created by the Microsoft Safety registry
cleanup.
