Office 2007 but WU showing Office 2002/XP updates

I run XPSP3 and Office 2007, but Microsoft Updates is showing me 18 updates
for Office 2002 and Office XP. Some Excel and Word files have been
transferred to this laptop in Office XP format, but not yet opened. Need I
install the 220/XP updates?
