Office 2007 services pak 1 running on Vista Business

I have unistalled and reinstalled. And still Service pak 1 fails. However it
says not needed now insted of Error 78F. Any ideas? If I don't really need it
how can I tell and, how can I stop being asked to download and install?

You receive an error message when you try to install the 2007
Microsoft Office suite Service Pack 1:
