Try running FixMapi on your computer. Click Start > Run. Type FixMapi and
click OK. Connect your device to sync again.
If the above does not help, then you will need to uninstall Outlook and
Activesync, reboot your computer and re-install Outlook first, then
Activesync. Delete the partnership on your device and reboot. Connect again
to create a new partnership. I recommend you make sure you backup your data
before attempting this.
