office 2007beta 2 tech refresh

word and excel will not let you save files, can anyone help?

It sounds as if something did not install completly. I can save and save as
in both Word and Excel 2007. I have installed the Technical Refresh.

Have you tried the running Microsoft Office Diagnostics to see if it can
identify your problem? To do this, click the Office Icon in the upper
left hand corner of Word and then click Word Options and then Resources.

I've had no problems saving Word or Excel files, Steve. you might try a
repair to see if that solves the problem.

What kind of system do you have? Office B2TR is for VISTA RC1. I had got the
same problem when I installed B2TR on VISTA Beta 2. Naw I have got VISTA RC!
and Office 2007 B2TR works exellent.

Jerry,I have the same Vista RC 1 but with Office 2007 Beta 2,cant get the TR
to install and people been having lots of trouble with it.I have tried for a
1 day and 1/2
to try and get the TR to install and I cant make it install.Any suggestions?
Now everything works good and maybe the thing to do is not update anything
because I have read in here that people have been losing all their things in
Office 2007 from the Technical Refresh.
Microsoft doesnt have a handle on this Refresh Yet.

The Beta 2 TR worked fine for me in RC2....
