office 2k updates in one go ?

Does anyone know if if it's possible to run all the relevant updates for
Office 2k in one go ?

I've bought a (legal) copy and want to get it fully patched - but

has about 17 - plus there are others for Word and Excel, and I don't
fancy installing each one separately - especially since I don't know
which ones my copy might already have!

Any ideas?
