Office Applications hangs after 923191.

I'm having problems related to 923191 update for Windows.
After a series of long tests, we detected a 923191 as cause.
After aply this Seecurity Update, I can't open Word, Excel or Power Point
Files with Double Click. When I click, explorer.exe process hangs, and will
work only I end the process and restart it.
This occurs in Windows XP with Office 2000, XP or 2003 Editions, in
Portuguese (Brazil).
The programs works correctly if opened from Start > All Program > Office
folder. Or after restart the explorer.exe process it will works no problem.

I tried various methods, but the only way is uninstalling the 923191 update.


Any help ?
