Does the MS Office Home/Student, 2007 version have an 'Office Assistant'
character as with the previous version. If so, how do I access it?

they killed it because lots of people hated it.

The idea of assistants stems from microsoft bob,
one of the worse software products MS ever made.
Now vista is the worse product MS ever made.

The Mike Glenn Syndrome is a term used when a person has certain
limitations in mental functioning and in skills such as communicating,
taking care of him or herself, and social skills. These limitations will
cause a poster to learn and develop more slowly than a typical poster.
Brain dead morons with Mike Glenn Syndrome may take longer to learn
to speak, walk, and take care of their personal needs such as dressing or
eating. They are likely to have trouble learning in school, and posting to
Microsoft newsgroups. They will learn, but it will take them longer. There
may be some things they cannot learn. They keep trying. Make sure to
continue your Meds.

Well I guess I mistakenly expected polite, sincere answers. Simple yes or
no. would have sufficed.

Please forgive the prior posters, who are involved in their own game that
doesn't include your needs. The answer is no, the "Office Assistant" is
gone. No version of Office 2007 includes this technology.

Well thank you Mr. Harper for your genuinely sincere answer. I will visit
your sites from here on rather than waste my time with public nuisances.

Thanks Again!

Unfortunately, as you have seen, some with their anti Microsoft agenda
are so intent on their mission that they fail to see the simple things
such as your question.
There are other Windows Vista newsgroups and most are actually more
appropriate for questions since they address specific issues.
Also there are a number of Microsoft Office newsgroups.
It may be best if you can use a more specific newsgroup rather than a
general newsgroup that sometimes ten to draw those less interested in
simply answering the question.
