Office Live Mail?

The former name, Windows Live Mail, will never be used?

It still is Windows Live Mail. It's only Office Live Mail if you're using Office Live.

The top left corner displays Office Live Mail instead of Windows Live Mail
when I am using the mail service.

That's a strange cache issue that happens if you have logged into Office Live
mail on that PC. When you then log into Windows Live Mail with another account,
the Office Live Mail "branding" will apear for a while.
