Office Live Questions

Hello!

I hope I can post this message here since there isn't a group for other live
products yet.

I've gone to the help file in Office Live for checking the Office Live email
via Outlook. I've done both methods (with and without Outlook Communicator)
and I still can't download mail from my two OfficeLive email accounts. Any
suggestions?

Another Question...Yahoo! synchronizes nicely with Outlook information but I
can't seem to find a single Windows Live product that will do it. The
Outlook Communicator is junk so far. Suggestions?

Thanks,
Brian

Here's the forum for discussing issues with Office Live:

Are you talking about the Outlook Connector for syncing calendar, contacts, and
email with an MSN/Hotmail account? If so, to do this effectively, you need to
set the account you wish to sync as your primary account in Outlook. Even as a
seconday account, you can still view the calendat and contacts from the
MSN/Hotmail account in Outlook, but they will not be the primary
calendar/contacts from the Outlook links.

Further to your original question, the OfficeLive blog has an entry that states
that full support of the Outlook Connector is available with Office Live
Essentials:

If you have Office Live Basic, it won't work.
