We installed Office 2003 but cannot find where you can have a shortcut
toolbar. Is it not available?

first go to the start, go to search, go to file and folders, type in office
2003. This should find the short cut to the tool bar. Beware, if you
install this short cut every time you re-boot your computer the short cut
will install itself. Hope this will help you.

Hi Pam - As Carey told you, Office 2003 doesn't include the Shortcut Bar
(one of the dumbest decisions MS ever made IMO). However, even though
you've installed O2k3, if you still have Office 2000 around, you can install
it also and regain the Shortcut Bar. They can coexist OK, although you can
only have one version of Outlook - IIRC, it keeps the O2k3 one. This is
what I've done, since like you I've been a devoted Shortcut Bar user for
many years.
