Office Updates install manually but not automatically

I can install the following Office 2003 security updates manually by clicking
on the shield icon and doing an "Express Update", but the updates won't
install if I let automatic updates install them:

Excel 2003 (KB918419)
PowerPoint 2003 (KB916518)
Word 2003 (KB917334)
Outlook 2003 (KB913807)

I've never used a registry cleaner and Office was installed from CD, not
RIS. Anyone else having this problem?

having the same problem pal........ dont know how to resolve it, thought it
was cause i was blonde!. can you give me a shout if you get it resolved and i
will do the same
