If it says WORKS is a qualified product for the upgrade
path, then the OFFICE Upgrade will install everything.

|I just recently purchased a computer which does not
currently have Office (or
| Excel). However, the Microsoft website list 5 or 6 things
and says that I
| have to have one of them to purchase Office UPGRADE. I do
have Windows XP
| and Microsoft Works, these are 2 of the things listed. My
question is, do I
| need only purchase the UPGRADE (Office Professional
Edition 2003) to get
| Excel...or do I have to start at the beginning.
Obviously, Upgrades are
| cheaper than the setup package, thus my question.
| Thanks
