Office XP Service Pack 3-Failure to install

Office XP Service Pack 3 just won't install on my computer, it intializes
fine then asks me to put in the Microsoft Office XP Professional with
FrontPage and then after i do it fails.
Anyone shine any light on this one?

Installing Office XP Service Pack 3 (update 1 of 1)...'

Also, Error Code: 0x530 appears as the reason it won't install, sorry forgot
to mention that.

Error code 0x530 – appears to relate to the Windows Installer - For more information, see KB906323

Check point -
Click Start, select Run, type: services.msc
click OK
Is the Office Source Engine service set to “Manual� in the “Startup Type�?
Also, is the Windows Installer Service is set to “Manual� in the “Startup Type�?.
If not, set them to Manual and try Windows Update again.
If they set to Manual, then perhaps look at repairing/reinstalling Office 2003.

You may need to download and install the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to assist you in cleaning
up after Office 2003 and any other redundant office programs.

means - a full-file patch failed because the source was required

If you were downloading a patch, repair Office XP install and try the patch again or try installing
the patch with the Office XP CD in the installation drive.
