Office2003 SP3 Won't Install on Vista Ultimate64

The automatic update service failed three times to install Office2003 SP3 on
my Vista Ultimate64 machine. I downloaded the service pack and tried to
install it manually that also failed, even running it as an administrator.

The install fails when it tries to modify c:\Windows\SysWOW64\mapisvc.inf.
The error message states that an administrator doesn't have the appropriate
privileges to modify it. Looking at the permissions on the file the System
and admins only have read and execute privileges. Only a "trusted installer"
has full control. Needless to say, I wasn't able to modify the permissions.

So, where do I find this trusted installer? I thought it would have come
with the OS. Has anyone been able to install it on a Vista 64-bit machine?

Right click the install file and select "Run as Administrator".
